We are looking for a full-time position at our Milan location as soon as possible:

The Senior Project Development Manager 


  • Coordinate Due Diligence activities
  • Develop PV and Storage Projects, from land closing to COD
  • Follow Regulations for Grid Connections and Electrical Market in Italy
  • Manage Development Contracts
  • Manage TSO and DSO procedures
  • Cooperate with all functions for the success of the Projects (Commercial, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, …)
  • Manage Relationships with external stakeholders and represent GP JOULE Italia;
  • Develop and foster strong working relationships with the team;
  • Support business development and prepare the report of the projects


  • Degree in related discipline such as renewables and engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable function
  • Expert in Grid Codes and familiar with TSO and DSO procedures
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Strong contract management skills and drafting of contractual letters
  • Knowledge of fundamental project management systems and procedures in the construction industry
  • Ability to communicate and report clearly and effectively with good presentation skills
  • Being proactive and looking for ways to solve problems and involve people to get the job done
  • Driving License
  • Accustomed to work in an international corporate environment with very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are a self-confident team player with a sunny spirit and excited by the idea of working in a dynamic environment
